Congratulations Ashleigh!
Ashleigh Moe is moving on to Regionals! She finished the CrossFit Open #1 in the Northwest and #9 in the world! Her hard work has paid off and we are very proud of her. We look forward to cheering her on at Regionals in Kent on May 31st through June 2nd. Way to go Ashleigh!
CrossFit Open 2013
CrossFit Open 2013 is officially in the books and we had a lot of fun and some amazing results! It was incredible to see all the athletes push themselves and there were several PR's set in this Open, from both experienced Games athletes as... well as first year competitors. We appreciate all the fans who came and watched and cheered on our athletes, you made a difference and are as much a part of the open as the athletes competing. Thank you to all the Paleo chefs as well, the food was awesome!
